Victoria Police is investigating after a man approached another person and punched them in the face without provocation.
On Nov. 22 around 11 p.m., a person was walking near the intersection of Kings Road and Fifth Street. A man then approached the person and “without provocation, punched them in the face.”
The person suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was treated in the hospital. It was reported to VicPD the next day.
The suspect is described as a dark-skinned man in his 20s, approximately six feet tall with a slim build, wearing a green hoodie and black track pants.
