Rapper and actor Ice Cube is coming to Victoria to perform as part of his “Straight Into Canada” tour this spring.
The hip hop icon first rose to fame as part of the group N.W.A. in the 1980s. He then went on to start his own solo music career, as well as act in movie franchises like 21 Jump Street, XXX: State of the Union and Are We There Yet?
He’s also written his own films and is part of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Hollywood Walk of Fame and Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
Ice Cube will be performing at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on April 23, with guests Merkules and Peter Jackson.
Other stops on his Straight Into Canada tour include recent shows in Abbotsford and Penticton, as well as upcoming shows in Calgary and Edmonton.
