Get ready for the 2019 Great British Columbia ShakeOut on Thursday morning
Get ready to drop, cover, and hold on, on Thursday morning.
British Columbians will join millions of people around the world for the annual earthquake risk awareness and preparedness drill beginning at 10:17 a.m.
The 2019 Great British Columbia ShaekeOut is billed as an opportunity to practice how to protect yourself during an earthquake and increase your emergency preparedness.
In 2017, more than 800,000 British Columbians participated in the annual drill, joining more than 43 million people worldwide.
