Forecast: Cold air and wind again tonight and Tuesday with a few flurries possible tomorrow morning

Tuesday has a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the morning with highs only reaching zero and wind chill factors will take that to -11 C. Wednesday will be a clear slightly warmer day with highs of 3 C but still well below seasonal norms.
