West Shore RCMP are investigating a reported break-and-enter at a Metchosin residence involving firearms.
According to RCMP, eight long guns and one handgun have been reportedly stolen from the gun safe within the home. The event is said to have taken place between the evening hours of June 23 and the morning of June 24. The address of the residence was not released by police.
