A dump truck has driven off the road headed towards Sooke, resulting in traffic delays on Friday morning.
West Shore RCMP made a post on Twitter, indicating that the single-vehicle accident has created a notable backup in the area.
The police indicated that traffic is “backed up past the four lanes (headed toward Sooke).”
Sooke lane is backed up past the 4 lanes (headed toward Sooke). There was a single vehicle collision with a dump truck gone off the road. Expect traffic delays for the next few hours if you are headed out that way. Drive safe everyone. #yyctraffic @SookeRCMP @WestshoreRCMP
