The Victoria Royals named assistant coach Dan Price as their next head coach Monday.
Before becoming an assistant coach with the Royals, Price spent two seasons with the University of Toronto Varsity Blues’ Men’s Hockey Team of Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS). He was an assistant coach in 2014 before he became assistant coach and manager of athletic recruitment for 2015-16.

Price was also an assistant coach with the Tri-City Americans from 2012-13 and 2013-14.
Doug Bodger will be the assistant coach in the 2017-18 season.
