WATCH: A serious crash involving a logging truck and an SUV cut off Highway 4 for several hours. As Skye Ryan reports, RCMP say the driver of the SUV is lucky not to have been killed.

Highway 4 near Coombs, B.C. has been reopened after a collision between a logging truck and SUV forced a long back-up of vehicles in the area.

Drive B.C. first reported the closure before 10 a.m. The road was closed at the junction with Highway 4A near Coombs.

A witness to the crash posted on Facebook the truck was jackknifed across the road.

There has been no confirmation if there have been any injuries from the crash.
