In a notification to parents, Island health says “this letter does not mean you or your child has been exposed to COVID-19.”
The facility becomes the fifteenth school that is currently on Island Health’s Exposures in Schools list.
An exposure is defined by Island Health as a single person with a lab-confirmed COVID-19 infection who attended school during their infectious period.
