Police in a mid-island community are looking for a suspect in connection to a boat theft earlier in the week.
Comox Valley RCMP are searching for a suspect captured on surveillance cameras in connection to a boat being stolen from the Comox Marina on Monday.
The stolen boat, called the 2470 Pursuit, has a creme colour with green trim, according to police. They also say it has “Island Pursuit Fishing Comox” and “fishingcomox.com” decals on the sides.
Comox Valley RCMP is asking anyone with information to call 250-338-1321 or contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
