It’s Christmas dinner but what wine do you serve with turkey?


It’s more complicated than just red or white so we went to an expert.

We met up with Marissa Lingwood, product consultant in the specialty wine section of the Fort & Foul Bay liquor store.

Marissa is responsible for all the wines you see in that area….the selection is daunting, especially if you don’t know what you’re looking for.

She offered up a number of reds which would be appropriate but also some champagne, like a bottle of 2008 Moet & Chandon for pre-dinner imbibing and for those not into the vino, she even had some beer idea’s.
