Ringo Starr is coming to Victoria for the first time. The former Beatle has announced a string of Canadian concert dates, including Victoria, Oct. 8 and Vancouver, Oct. 9.
Starr, aged 74, will be touring with his All-Starr Band. Prior to the tour, Starr will release a new album, and a book of his photography.
Starr is also due to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in April.
He and Paul McCartney are the only surviving members of the Beatles.
Starr will perform in Victoria at the Save on Foods Memorial Centre.
