BC Ferries’ website will be offline for around three hours the night of Nov. 7 for planned maintenance.
The company says the routine maintenance will be to improve the digital experience, security and performance of the systems, the website and mobile app.
The outage will start at 9 p.m. and last until roughly midnight.
Customer service representatives will be available until 10 p.m. by phone to assist at 1-888-223-3779.
“We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience,” a notice on BC Ferries’ website says.
