Glen Lake death not suspicious, Coroner says

The BC Coroners Service says a person’s death at Glen Lake in Langford Friday afternoon is not suspicious.

Emergency crews were called to the area at around 3:45 p.m. The BC Coroners Service later confirmed they had been notified about the death.

West Shore RCMP and Langford Fire Rescure were also at the scene.

Police said on Sept. 9 that the person who died was a 29-year-old woman and her body was recovered from the death. Police do not suspect foul play and say the death does not appear to be suspicious.
