Parents looking for more information can visit the schools website, located here.

The early morning update came after a night of heavy snowfall in the region. This announcement follows an earlier one that said all busses in the region would not be running, but schools would remain open. The decision to close the schools was announced this morning around 6 a.m.

“The School District always endeavours to keep our schools open and buses running,” read the earlier update. “However, driving conditions may at times cause us to suspend services in order to help keep staff and students safe. Bus families can expect an update Tuesday night to help with planning, and more information will follow early in the am if the weather requires a change.”
