Jessica McCool was born and raised in Victoria. She’s been a performer in both amateur and professional theatre productions around town since the age of 12. Jessica graduated from the Applied Communications program at Camosun College in 2002 and was hired by CHEK soon after as an Arts and Entertainment reporter for Go! Magazine.
She took a longer than expected hiatus from broadcasting after starting a family, and now lives in Saanich with her husband and three kids. She’s passionate about our Island and feels so lucky to be part of a business that is also, fiercely dedicated to all things local.
Fun fact, she’s a leap year baby and has only had 10 Birthdays.
