Nanaimo RCMP seek help to find missing 14-year-old

Nanaimo RCMP is asking for the public's help to find 14-year-old Seanna Randen, who has not been seen since the morning of Dec. 17.

A 14-year-old Nanaimo girl has not been seen since last Tuesday morning and RCMP is asking for the public’s help to find her.

Police say Seanna Randen has been texting family members daily, but so far, they have not been able to locate her.

RCMP says the situation is out of character for Seanna and say her family and friends are extremely worried for her safety.

Police describe Seanna as a white female, 5’8″ tall and weighs 130 pounds.

Police have provided a recent picture of her.

Seanna was last seen wearing a purple VIU hoody, a black long sleeve shirt, and black leggings.

She may also be wearing a black Adidas nylon windbreaker over her hoody.

RCMP says Seanna lives in south Nanaimo and is known to go to the Woodgrove Centre on a daily basis.

Anyone with information on Seanna’s whereabouts is asked to call Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
