Fall 2022 marks the 10th Season of COOKIN ON THE COAST with a fresh look and new Chef. Taking the lead in the kitchen is Red Seal Chef Heidi Fink.
Chef Heidi offers a down-to-earth teaching style and handy cooking tips to ensure viewers come away with the confidence and enthusiasm they need to cook delicious food at home.
Between preparations we hit the road for a behind the scenes look at food producers on Vancouver Island. Cookin’ on the Coast wraps up with a beverage pairing that may surprise you. Craft brews, local wines or crazy cocktails are presented to compliment the cuisine of the day. Presented by Country Grocer.
