Lifts put on hold at Mt. Washington due to lack of snow

The winter without snow that Islanders have been calling mild, has put the ski season on hold at Mt. Washington Resort. Operations will close down Family Day Monday at 3:30 pm due to increasingly bare runs. The latest Pineapple Express weather pattern is to blame. Once that passes, the resort is hoping for more snow so it can reopen later this season.
