Gas prices in Victoria have increased once again, with some gas stations setting prices at 208.9.
Some Facebook users in a group called Greater Victoria Gas Updates have reported in Sooke gas prices at some stations are at 216.9.
During these increases, GasBuddy, a service to show crowdsourced gas prices, reported issues with its app due to the increased demand, as drivers tried to access its website and app.
Hi GasBuddies, we are aware of some slowdowns with the app. Our engineers are furiously working to keep all services available, but we are encountering record-breaking traffic to the app and website. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve any issues!
