Recycling collection in the Capital Regional District has once again been cancelled due to the snow.
In a statement, the CRD says the service has been cancelled due to unsafe weather and slippery conditions.
Anyone with recycling that was meant to be collected Thursday can either hold on to their recyclables until their next scheduled pick-up or drop it off at a recycling depot free of charge.
The CRD says if residents hold on to their recycling, there will be no limit to how much can be put out to the curb.
Over the past few days, between 10 to 25 centimetres of snow fell over southern Vancouver Island.
On Thursday morning, Environment Canada lifted the weather warnings that were in place for the region for several days.
