Campbell River RCMP seize multiple guns from man ‘well known’ to them

A Campbell River man is facing a handful of charges after Mounties seized multiple guns from him.

According to the Campbell River RCMP, officers seized four guns and a “large stash” of ammunition, along with multiple items that are believed to be stolen.

RCMP say the 37-year-old man is “well known” to them.

The man, who was not identified, is facing multiple charges that include possession of stolen property, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and careless use of a firearm.
