Victoria Police says officers are trying to identify a man who is believed to have taken pictures or video of a woman changing in a business on Wednesday.
Just after 3 p.m. on May 8, officers were called to the 1100 block of Douglas Street for a report that a man had taken a picture or filmed a woman using a changeroom in a retail store.
The victim reported the incident to staff, and the man fled when confronted by staff.
The suspect is described as having thick black hair and was wearing a plaid jacket with a red and yellow logo on the back.
