Saanich Police seek missing 23-year-old

Saanich Police is asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing 23-year-old man who was last seen March 14.

Kielan Hall is missing from Saanich and is described as six feet tall, 180-190 pounds with brown hair and blue-grey eyes.

“We are concerned for Mr. Hall’s well-being as he has exhibited behaviour that is out of character for him,” Insp. Damian Kowalewich said in a news release. “Our Major Crime Detectives and Patrol Division are working with other agencies to locate him but encourage any tips from the public.”

In a press release on March 21, Saanich police say Hall last had contact with his family on March 13, but was last seen around 6 a.m. the following day at a residence near Cooper Rd. and Admirals Rd.

Police say he was last seen on foot, wearing a hoodie, long pants, and an Atlanta Braves hat. He also has several tattoos including a black widow spider with a web behind his left ear, a dollar sign on his left thumb, and a black widow spider with a web behind his left ear.

He also has a melting smiley face on the inside of his right forearm and a devil tattoo on his chest.

Police say the Major Crime Unit has spoken to several people who had contact with him before his disappearance but so far have no leads.

Anyone who sees Hall or may know his whereabouts is asked to call Saanich police at 250-475-4321.
