If you enjoy meat sticks dipped in sweet sauce you’ll love Victoria’s newest food truck, Cup-A-Roni. A local family got the wheels rolling after Covid-19 forced them to close their Fort Street business temporarily. Eight weeks of planning later, the food truck was up and running offering locally sourced BBQ’d pepperoni in a cup and signature brioche paninis.
