First responders attended a fatal rollover crash on Northwest Bay Road in Nanoose Bay Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
RCMP is investigating a fatal crash that happened in Nanoose Bay Wednesday night.
First responders were called to the rollover crash in the 3100-block of Northwest Bay Road just after 10 p.m.
Oceanside RCMP says the lone occupant, a 31-year-old Nanaimo man, died at the scene.
The RCMP Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service attended and completed a scene examination.
Police say speed is believed to be a contributing factor in this crash.
The BC Coroner’s Service is also investigating.
