The popular game show, Jeopardy!, has revealed the next set of guest hosts that will take their turn asking the questions this season following the passing of Alex Trebek.

In an announcement made by Mike Richards, Executive Producer of Jeopardy!, he revealed another set of four names that will step into the hosting spotlight at some point this season: Anderson Cooper, Dr. Mehmet Oz, Savannah Guthrie, and Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

Richards says that as a part of each guest host’s appearance, a donation will be made to a charity of their choice. The amount donated will equal the cumulative winnings of the contestants that compete during the weeks they serve as host.

A frequent competitor in Jeopardy!’s Power Players Tournament, Cooper is the multi-award-winning anchor of CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360°” and host of “Anderson Cooper Full Circle,” a streaming show which airs on CNN’s digital properties. In addition to his shows on CNN, Cooper is also a regular correspondent for CBS’s “60 Minutes” and an author who has topped the New York Times best-seller list.

Dr. Oz is a TV personality that has won 10 Daytime Emmy® Awards for “The Dr. Oz Show” and is an attending physician at NY Presbyterian-Columbia Medical Center. Additionally, he has authored over 400 original publications, book chapters, and medical books; has received numerous patents; and still performs heart surgery.

Savannah Guthrie is the co-anchor of NBC News’ Emmy® Award-winning morning show, TODAY. She has served as the primary anchor for the network’s major breaking-news events and has conducted a wide range of exclusive interviews with newsmakers from presidents to celebrities and other notable figures.

And Dr. Sanjay Gupta is the chief medical correspondent for CNN, an associate professor of neurosurgery at Emory University and the associate chief of neurosurgery at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.

“We look forward to each guest host bringing their unique abilities to the show and to our contestants winning a lot of money that we can match for charity,” Richards said.

Currently, Greatest of All Time winner and consulting producer for Jeopardy! Ken Jennings, is acting as host. He will be followed by Executive Producer Mike Richards before the show rotates through a series of guest hosts for the duration of this season.

In addition to the latest four names announced, Katie Couric, Aaron Rodgers, Bill Whitaker and Mayim Bialik will also serve as guest hosts for charity throughout the season.
