You see, this morning the Twitter world erupted after a tweet came out over the correct pronunciation of Pagliacci's in downtown Victoria. Ben Nesbit explains.
CBC on the Island host Gregor Craigie unintentionally sparked a humorous debate Tuesday morning.
While having the owner of Pagliacci’s Restaurant, Solomon Siegel on the program, Craigie said the restaurant’s name multiple times.
As most people do he pronounced it PAH-GLEE-AH-CHEES.
However it turns out both Craigie, and many others, have it wrong all these years.
