Victoria rower captures World Championship Gold in Bulgaria

WATCH: Victoria’s Caileigh Filmer, along with teammate Hillary Janssen, captured gold in the Women’s Coxless Pair final today at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The Canadian pair dethroned the reigning World Champion New Zealand boat by a considerable margin, setting a new Canadian best time of 6:50.67.
