Victoria kickboxer suffers tough title loss, vows to return to the ring

WATCH: Robert Doerksen had his sights set on capturing the IKF Amateur Middleweight Title in front of his home crowd at Esquimalt’s Archie Browning Rec Centre. But not all scripts come with happy endings. Doerksen suffered a 4th round knockout by Calgary’s Scott Mackenzie, but hopes to return one day for another chance at the title.
