Toy collectors and hobbyists can rejoice at the return of Victoria’s Ultimate Hobby & Toy Fair on May 14 and 15.
The formerly bi-annual event had to be postponed for two-and-a-half years due to the pandemic, but is making its return this weekend.
There are over 200 tables expected at Pearkes Arena at 3100 Tillicum Road for the event.
“As someone who has been used to having events year round, we really have missed the excitement we get while hosting our Toy Fair,” said Candice Woodward, promoter and organizer of the event in a news release. “It is such a happy weekend for so many people. We haven’t seen some of our vendors and attendees in 2 1/2 years and we can’t wait to finally see so many familiar faces.”
The event will be raising money for BC Children’s Hospital and the MS Society with a silent auction at the event.
For the two days, the event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
