Port Hardy RCMP say they are looking for a thief who stole key chains and $10 from an unlocked vehicle.
Police said early morning on Feb. 15, a man was seen on video trying to open multiple cars before getting into an unlocked vehicle on Quatse Crescent. According to police, the man took various key chains and $10.
The suspect is described by police as Indigenous, slim, in his early 20s and approximately 5’6.” Anyone who has information is asked to call Port Hardy RCMP at 250-949-6335. If you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Police are also asking people to lock their vehicles and remove all their valuables.
