Sunshine, seasonal temperatures return this week to Island

Happy Sunday! This weekend turned into a wet one for Vancouver Island, but conditions will start to improve as early as Monday. An upper low-pressure system over Washington State weakens today. A ridge of high pressure will rebuild over the Pacific, drying out conditions across the southern half of the province for the start of the work week.
