WATCH: Independent filmmaking will be in the spotlight next weekend, as the sixth annual “Short Circuit Pacific Rim Film Festival” hits the Vic Theatre. Victoria film co-op CINEVIC is hosting the event, where audiences will be treated to films created by local and international filmmakers.
