Saanich PD investigate Cedar Hill Crossing crash on Thursday, Sept. 8, 2022.
Saanich Police closed a section of Cedar Hill Cross between Iona and Gordon Head roads Thursday morning due to a collision investigation.
Photos captured by CHEK News after 9 a.m. show emergency response teams on scene near a crosswalk, with paramedics loading one pedestrian onto a stretcher. Their injuries are unknown at this time.
Police and fire crews also attended and a white Audi SUV was seen parked at the scene.
