Saanich police seek help in locating woman missing since March 8

Saanich police are asking for help in locating a 21-year-old woman who was reported missing after she walked away from the emergency room at the Royal Jubilee Hospital on March 8.

Amanda Unger is described as 5’4″ and 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, jeans and black shoes. She changes her hair colour regularly but was last seen with yellow highlights in her hair.

Saanich police said they have been unable to make contact with Unger or her her fiancé, and there have been no updates to either of their social media accounts.

Anyone who has knowledge of Unger’s whereabouts is asked to contact Saanich Police at 250-475-4321 or email [email protected].

Police said they are eager to speak with any friend, family or associates who may be able to assist investigators in locating Unger. Saanich police also have an information line at 1-888-980-1919.
