Saanich Police says missing 70-year-old found

Saanich Police are on the lookout for a missing senior who was last seen cycling on Canada Day.

On Tuesday, police said they were searching for the 70-year-old man, who was last seen leaving his home in the 3200-block of Service Road around 1 p.m. on July 1.

Police say he left to go on a bike ride – and is known to bike around the University of Victoria or PKOLS (Mt. Douglas Park) areas – but has not been seen or heard from since Monday.
