Royals head coach gets ‘remarkable’ review from organization

WATCH: Head Coach Dan Price has done more than meet the expectations of management, leading the team in a rebuilding year to the second round of the WHL playoffs.

In their season-ending interview, Royals general manager Cam Hope had nothing but great things to say about his bench boss, who completed his second season as the head coach of the team with another second round appearance, and despite a heavy turnover in veteran players this season, Price managed to help lead the team to 2nd place in the B.C. Division.

Hope says Price is welcome back into the fold next year, and Price says he wants to be nowhere else than here in Victoria.
