Road to Recovery: How businesses can address challenges during the labour shortage

In this week’s episode of Road to Recovery with Douglas Magazine, CHEK’s Jasmine Bala sits down with Mike Delves, partner and business adviser with MNP’s private enterprise team on Vancouver Island.

Based in Nanaimo, Delves works closely with clients in different sectors across the Island to help them identify opportunities and find solutions to challenges. According to the MNP website, Delves does accounting and offers advice to meet the needs of many businesses, including civil contractors, construction companies, trades, property investors and developers.

Delves explains in this segment what he’s noticed businesses are struggling with during the labour shortage, who is managing to overcome them and what others can do to address their challenges.
