A company recall notice has been issued through Health Canada for a popular jogging/jogger stroller.
It impacts roughly 45,900 Evenflo Victory strollers sold in Canada from January 2016 to December 2017 with model numbers 45811856C, 46612149C and 46612149CG.
The recall was issued after it was determined the stroller lap belt may detach resulting in a fall hazard.
The stroller is sold in two colour combinations (Tucson and Black/Teal), contains 3 large, pneumatic wheels, and has a 17” folded frame.
The model number and date of manufacture are on a label located on one of the rear stroller frame legs.
So far, the company has reported no incidents or injuries in Canada.
Health Canada says owners should stop using the stroller immediately and contact the company for a remedy kit.
