According to a post made by the Saanich Police Traffic Safety Unit’s social media account, an officer on a motorcycle caught two drivers going 110 km/h in a 60 km/h zone in a “rural area” of Saanich at 5 p.m. on Saturday.

Saanich PD said because both motorists were Class 7 N drivers, their vehicles were impounded in addition to receiving violation tickets.
