Comox Valley RCMP are looking for the driver of a grey truck that was seen in the area of a break-and-enter on Oct. 2, 2018.

Comox Valley RCMP are looking for a suspect after a break-and-enter at the Valhalla Pure Outfitters in Courtenay early Tuesday morning.

According to police, at around 5:20 a.m. on Oct. 2, officers responded to a commercial alarm at the store on Cliffe Avenue.

Const. Monika Terragni, media relations officer with the Comox Valley RCMP, said several Arc’teryx jackets were taken.

“Investigators have been reviewing video surveillance and saw that a grey truck was spotted in the area around the same time as the break and enter – we would like to speak with the driver of that truck,” Terragni said.

Comox Valley RCMP is still investigating the break and enter. Anyone with information is asked to call Comox Valley RCMP at 250-338-1321 and refer to file 2018-14020. Anyone who wishes to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
