The 11 puppies of the Victoria Humane Society’s ‘Second Chances litter’ were rescued after their pregnant mom was abandoned outside in freezing conditions when her family moved and left her behind. Mama’s now been adopted and the pups are also ready for their forever homes. Here’s Tess van Straaten with Pet CHEK.
