WATCH: Draco is a six-month-old puppy that’s good with kids, cats and other dogs, but he’s had no applications as the Victoria Humane Society and other rescues experience a big drop in applications. Draco has lots of energy and will need a home that keeps him both physically and mentally stimulated. Here’s Tess van Straaten with Pet CHEK.
