Power has now been restored to over 800 customers located west of Otter Point Road in Sooke, according to BC Hydro.
Nearly 900 residents living in Sooke have power once again.
BC Hydro reports that as of 8:44 p.m. Sunday it has restored power to all 883 customers located west of Otter Point Road in Sooke.
Customers had been without power for roughly five hours Sunday after a tree fell on some wires.
The outage comes one day after crews restored power to more than 700 customers in the West Shore, including 363 in Langford and Metchosin.
