Nanaimo RCMP is investigating after a pick-up and car collided head-on Monday night.
The call came in at 10:30 in the 3600-block of Uplands Drive.
Nanaimo Fire Rescue cut one of the driver’s out using the jaws of life.
BC Ambulance took both male drivers to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Nanaimo RCMP is investigating the cause of the crash.
One witness told CHEK News one of the vehicles appeared to be driving above the posted speed limit.
An RCMP crash analyst was called in to examine the scene.
