Local wheelchair athlete hoping the Goodlife Fitness Victoria Marathon will be life-changing

WATCH: Back in October 21, 2006, at age 16, Kristian OakenShield was in a car accident, resulting in a broken neck and sustaining a spinal cord injury due to the severity of the impact. This weekend he will take part in the Goodlife Fitness Victoria Marathon with hopes of raising funds to help receive a special form of stem cell therapy.
