“We’re starting our Christmas shopping this morning and we are heading in to get our groceries for tonight right now,” said one shopper.

“I’ve been busy working fixing everyone else’s Christmas and now I have to do my own,” said Graham Smith.

As the hours go by, kids are waiting for presents and adults bracing for snow.

“I’m from Nova Scotia and we always have a white Christmas and it would be really nice to have a white Christmas here with my family that I haven’t spent Christmas with in many years,” said Coleen Hare.
