Langford racer wins second Strawberry Cup in three years

WATCH: Fans flocked to the Western Speedway out in Langford to catch the annual Strawberry Cup. With all eyes on the Winged Super Sprints, it was local racer Jeff Montgomery, otherwise known as ‘The Hurricane’ who raced to victory.
