Inspiring Island Women: Life-long Union Bay resident and card shark spends lifetime giving back

CHEK

She’s an Eastern Star and a Pythian Sister, tirelessly fundraising for charities. With the local Lions Club, of which she’s been a member for 75 years, she regularly pushed a wheelbarrow from Fanny Bay to Courtenay raising money.

She’s a killer card player, beloved by her friends, her family, and her community. Meet Ann tonight on this week’s edition of Inspiring Island Women.
